Nicholas Kevin Stanley Yunge-Bateman (born in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, November 18, 1986; aged 31 years), or known as Nick Bateman, is a Canadian actor and model. At a young age, Bateman began martial arts training in karate Gōjū-ryu and bō staff. In adolescence Bateman won four world titles in the 15-17 age division of Blackbelt National League, with three weapons at once in Japanese form in Houston and Myrtle Beach in 2003 and 2004. He graduated from Capilano University in Vancouver at the age of 20, and then opened his own karate school. Shortly thereafter, he began to excel professionally, during which time he lived in Milan, as well as New York and Miami. He was chosen for the Abercrombie & Fitch Campaign, which was photographed by Bruce Weber. Bateman is also a film actor and co-starred in the 2011 Hobo film with Shotgun.
